The Council for Inclusive Capitalism
A MORAL AND MARKET IMPERATIVE
The Council for Inclusive Capitalism is a global movement of leaders doing business in ways that benefit people, our communities, and the planet. Council members are business leaders from around the world—whether of a small community business or international conglomerate—who put forth commitments to enlightened business actions necessary for the fairer, more dynamic economies and societies we need.
CAPITALISM FOR GOODNESS’ SAKE
The Council advances needed change at scale, emphasizing that the same values we rely on to do right by one another applied to capitalism form the foundation for stronger economies and societies.
Through their commitments to operate their organizations in ways that create long-term value, our members motivate and challenge their peers to likewise adopt impactful practices. As business leaders take up and apply the learnings of their peers, we catalyze the development of stronger economies and societies.
Council members lead organizations large and small, and they encompass heads of businesses, foundations, and nonprofits from every sector and region of the world. Together, our Steering Committee members alone represent $10.5 trillion in AUM, $2.1 trillion in market capital, and represents over 201 million workers globally.
